Registration
We encourage all students to participate in a sport that he or she may be interested in. To do so, they will be required to fill out the registration form and the parent/athlete concussion form acknowledging that the student and their family have read the concussion information.
You will also be required to make a payment of $50 for each sport, ($30 is required for cheerleading). Please read over the Parent Guide to review athletic policies. Please sign the Parent/Athlete Concussion agreement after reading the document.
Failure to meet any of these criteria, before the deadlines listed below, will result in your child not being able to participate in that sport.
